NuFACE Shipping

We proudly offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $75 or more, within the contiguous US. We also offer 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® for domestic USA orders. You will receive a real-time shipping estimate upon checkout for any shipping charges.

For your protection we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

For clients located in US Territories, please reach out to our client service team to place an order (info@nuface.com). Before processing your order they will be able to inform you of any customs and shipping fees.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Shipping takes 5-6 days to process. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding the ship date and federal holidays. We do not offer free shipping outside of the contiguous United States.

Next Day or 2 Day: Rush Delivery

Rush delivery orders ship the same day if received by 9am PST. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding the ship date and federal holidays. If an order is received after 9am PST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for rush shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: rush delivery orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to and within the state of AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, NC, NJ, NV, NY & WI. If applicable, sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to contact us.
