If you are not completely satisfied with your NuFACE product, please follow our below warranty & return policy.
Initiate a Return
When sending in items for refund or repair, you must complete and include in your package one of the forms below. If unsure of your return type, please reference our Return Policy above and the requirements stated in each form. Every new device includes a 60-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product.
An extended 2-year warranty is available for purchase (must be purchased before original 1-year warranty has expired) by contacting a representative at (888) 360-9171.
NuFACE device attachments can be returned within 60-days of purchase and NuFACE Primers & Skin Care can be returned within 30-days. Refreshed NuFACE devices and attachments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless received damaged. All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return below.
We are only able to issue refunds for NuFACE products purchased directly from www.myNuFACE.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for all refunds and returns. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
