Reporting to a National Sales Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for selling and managing the complete range of NuFACE products for his/her specific territory. Essential Duties:

Customer Service Representative

Location: Vista, CA.

Job Purpose:
This critical role requires an individual to deliver exceptional customer service and to be a team player. Routinely the first line of contact with consumers, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) must exhibit patience, empathy, clear and respectful communication, and an innate ability to answer inquires by either telephone or by email in a professional and polite manner. The CSR must also possess industry knowledge in order to educate consumers on the complete NuFACE product line. The CSR will need to communicate internally both laterally and vertically to provide feedback on industry trends or identify product performance issues that require immediate attention.

Duties:

  • Work with consumers and when necessary, skincare professionals, by telephone, email, or in-person.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate feedback to consumer (& skincare professional) inquires in accordance with FDA and NuFACE guidelines
  • Work directly with appropriate NuFACE team members and departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner

International Account Executive

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing and developing multi-channel sales partnerships to achieve the Company’s short and long term business objectives in the region.

Duties:

  • Source new international wholesale and retail distribution opportunities. Manage and grow the sales of existing international partnerships

RA/QA Associate

Location: Vista, CA.

Duties:

  • Process customer complaints, prepare and submit MedWatch, vigilance / incident reports, etc., ensure complaint files are complete and closed in a timely manner per procedure.
  • Manage license, establishment registration and listing, DHF, international registration, and other regulatory documents.
  • Maintain the historical or current quality system documents, update quality system procedures, work instructions, templates, etc. and ensure training is complete prior to release.
  • Initiate, process and archive change control documents to ensure the proposed changes are justified with required supporting documents.
  • Assign control numbers and manage various indexes/logs.
  • Track CAPA status, report CAPA periodic reports, and manage CAPA documentation.

E-Commerce Sales Specialist

  • Manage vendor relationships with B & C level accounts

Sales Administrator

Job Purpose:
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for assisting professional customers of NuFACE (Carol Cole Company: CCC) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Customers include Account Managers and both existing professional accounts and prospective professional accounts inside a defined geography. The Sales Administrator will be a resource for all customer service, sales processing, and sales-related activities. This dynamic role encompasses activities including, but not limited to; placing orders, checking credit references, generating accurate account paperwork, customer inquiries, product education, trouble-shooting, and facilitating any returns. Routinely the first interaction between a customer and NuFACE, the Sales Administrator must be polite, professional, respectful, and the consummate resolutions expert.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide sales support to Account Managers ranging from checking credit references and processing orders to facilitating customer returns
  • Promptly respond to inquiries from skincare professionals by telephone and/ or by email and provide accurate information about all NuFACE-related products

Material Planner

Job Purpose:
The Material Planner is responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels based upon projected demand. The position is responsible for sourcing, procuring, administrating, and expediting materials to support demand.

Essential Functions:

  • Review forecast/projections to make informed decisions for purchasing materials and components to support production.
  • Issue purchase orders for materials and administrate/expedite open orders to meet delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within the organization, as well as internal and external customers
  • Maintain delivery schedules with our contract manufacturers to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Process Assembly Builds, inventory adjustments, and other related transactions in our inventory management system.
