We are proud to offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $65 or more, within the contiguous US. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® for domestic USA orders. You will receive a real-time shipping quote upon checkout.

For clients located in US Territories, please reach out to our client service team to place an order (  Before processing your order they will be able to inform you of any customs and shipping fees.

For clients outside the US, please visit our International Locations page to find a retailer in your area. 

For your protection we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Shipping takes 5-6 days to process. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. Thank you for your patience at this very busy time! 

We do not offer free shipping in the following U.S. regions: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Next Day or 2 Day: Rush Delivery

Rush delivery orders ship the same day if received by 9am PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. If order is received after 9am PST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for rush shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: rush delivery orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (Processing time does not include weekend days or federal holidays).

Due to the corona virus pandemic, delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders with Rush Shipping will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 9am PST.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to and within the state of AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, NC, NJ, NV, NY & WI. To sign up for a UPS My Choice® account, visit the UPS My Choice® page, then select Sign Up. Once you create a user ID and password and provide your name and address, you'll receive a verification email to complete the setup process.

After you verify your account you need to Log in to, then enter your tracking number and select Track. After that, follow the prompts for whichever feature you wish to use!
