The device comes with a standard non-polarized two-prong plug; a plug adapter may be required for certain countries. A converter is not required. The device comes with a non-polarized two-prong plug; a plug adapter may be required for certain countries. The NuFACE Classic works on a 9-volt battery. We recommend only using Duracell Coppertop or Energizer Lithium batteries as generic or rechargeable batteries as this may decrease both the number of treatments delivered and the effectiveness of your NuFACE device.
