The NuFACE Trinity power supply accommodates 100-240vac, 50/60Hz which is compatible with virtually all countries. The device comes with a standard non-polarized two-prong plug; a plug adapter may be required for certain countries. A converter is not required. The device comes with a non-polarized two-prong plug; a plug adapter may be required for certain countries. The NuFACE Classic works on a 9-volt battery. We recommend only using Duracell Coppertop or Energizer Lithium batteries as generic or rechargeable batteries as this may decrease both the number of treatments delivered and the effectiveness of your NuFACE device.
