Before your first use, rapid charge your device with USB for 4 hours uninterrupted in a dry room. If you have purchased our wall charging unit, please be sure to charge your device for 4 hours once a week in a wall outlet.

Maintenance

Use these steps to properly clean your FIX® Device after each treatment:

STEP 1: Lightly dampen a cloth with water.

STEP 2: Using the cloth, gently wipe the spheres of your device to remove any excess Microcurrent Activator product from your treatment. DO NOT submerge device in water.

STEP 3: Gently wipe down the case of your device, dry and store in a dry place.

PRO TIP: If it’s been a while since you last cleaned your device and you’ve noticed some product build up, use rubbing alcohol instead of water to clean your device.

STEP 1: To reset the device, first remove the Trinity® Facial Trainer Attachment by pressing the release button and lifting the attachment off.

STEP 2: Gently clean the gold plate with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.

STEP 3: Obtain a paper clip or a pushpin and bend it as shown to a 90-degree angle. Locate the reset hole to the right of the white serial number label on the top of the device.

STEP 4: Place the device in the charging cradle, making sure it is fully seated and the charging cradle is plugged in. Insert the paper clip into the reset hole as shown until it stops—it is not necessary to apply any downward pressure. After making contact and resetting the device, one or more LEDs will flash three times. This will be followed by two power-up tones (power up and power down). The increasing sequential LED pattern will then start, indicating that the charging has begun. Keep in mind, the lights may come to a solid state almost immediately, but let it charge for 12 hours with no interruption. DO NOT put the attachment back on until after the 12 hours of charge. After 12 hours of charge, please put the attachment back on before testing the device. The reset must be administered with the device seated in its charging cradle for it to be effective.
