If I purchased a device prior to the price increase, will I be charged the difference if I need to initiate a replacement under warranty?
You will not be charged for the difference when ordering a replacement after the price increase. We appreciate your continued support.
If I return a product purchased before the price increase, will my refund be affected at all?
No, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of your product.
