Open your mouth to form an “O” shape and hold this for up to 20 seconds. You will likely feel this stretch in your cheek muscles, but it shouldn’t feel like you are straining. 

4. The Chipmunk Cheek Squeeze 

The goal of this facial exercise is to help you achieve a slimmer-looking face and jaw. Tilt your head back comfortably until you are facing the ceiling. Suck in your cheeks and hold for up to 20 seconds, then repeat this 15-20 times. Over time, this exercise may help tone your face muscles for a tight and toned appearance.
