Returns & Replacements

We recommend that you send your return via a service with delivery confirmation and insurance for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-888-360-9171. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Carol Cole Company purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase price minus shipping charges. Please call 888-360-9171 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 calendar days of the receipt purchase date.

We are only able to issue refunds for NuFACE® products purchased directly from Carol Cole Company. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.
Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.

Procedure for Warranty Replacements
If you believe your device is defective and is still covered under our one (1) year manufacturer warranty, please send the following to us:

- Defective device only (no need to send back entire kit)
- Check or Credit Card # for $12.99 return shipping charge (payable to Carol Cole Company)
- Proof of Purchase or a copy of bank statement

Please allow 3-5 business days for testing and shipment of replacement device. We will only replace devices that fail testing. If your device is received in working condition, it will be shipped back to you as is.
