Please call 888-360-9171 for return information within 30 calendar days of the receipt purchase date. Returned skincare products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from the manufacturer. If purchased through another retailer other than Carol Cole Company, please contact that retailer for their return policy.
Please note that Carol Cole Company does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
- Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
- Products purchased more than 30 days prior.
- Packages missing hardware components.
- Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
- Shipping charges.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-888-360-9171. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
