Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to and within the state of CA. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping & Handling

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 when shipped within the continental US. For all other orders, receive a real-time shipping quote while upon checkout.

Delivery Information

Standard Shipping - Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 3-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

2nd Day Shipping - Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight Shipping - Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (Processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping) will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 3:00 PM PST.

Carol Cole Company (website) accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations. We're sorry, we are unable to accept online orders being shipped to international locations. Please call us directly at 888-360-9171 x 11 to process your international order.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Carol Cole Company purchase (with the exception of the Carol Cole Collection skincare line), simply return it within 30 days and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase price. Please call 888-360-9171 for Return Authorization (RA) # within 30 calendar days of the receipt purchase date.

Please Note: Carol Cole Collection skincare line and products are non-returnable if product is used or seal is broken.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from the manufacturer.

Please note that Carol Cole Company does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  • Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
  • Products purchased more than 30 days prior (60 days if purchased directly from your skin care professional).
  • Packages missing hardware components.
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
  • Shipping charges.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-888-360-9171. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Warranty

At Carol Cole Company we strongly believe in product quality and in our quality assurance processes. The Carol Cole Company manufactures within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Every device is subjected to rigorous design, manufacture, inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exact specifications. Defective product is extremely rare. We do, however, examine every returned product to help us identify product and/or process improvements.

Every microcurrent device includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a one-year warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use o f the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use with a voltage source other than a 9-volt battery.
