International Returns & International Warranties All product returns outside of the United States are per your place of purchase – spa, retailer or distributor. Please consult your receipt or place of purchase for their return and warranty policy.

The below warranty information applies to purchases within the United States only.

Money Back Guarantee / Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your NuFACE device or attachment purchase from www.myNuFACE.com, simply return it within 60 days and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase price. NuFACE Primers and Skin Care can be returned within 30 days. Please call 888-360-9171 or email us at info@MyNuFACE.com for return information.

All Refreshed NuFACE kits are FINAL SALE.

We are only able to issue refunds for NuFACE products purchased directly from www.myNuFACE.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

Please retain your proof of purchase as it is required for all refunds and returns.

At Carol Cole Company, we strongly believe in product quality and in our quality assurance processes. The Carol Cole Company manufactures within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Every device is subjected to rigorous design, manufacture, inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exact specifications. Defective product is extremely rare. We do, however, examine every returned product to help us identify product and/or process improvements.

Every device includes a 60-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. An extended 2-year warranty is available for purchase (must be purchased before original one-year warranty has expired) by contacting a representative at (888) 360-9171.

Please note that Carol Cole Company does not offer warranty replacements/repairs on the following:

  • Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels. Note: Please call NuFACE to verify the full list of unauthorized retailers.
  • Products purchased more than one year ago (unless an extended warranty was purchased)
  • Packages missing hardware components
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt or copy of a bank statement
  • Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications

Returns, Repairs and Replacements
If you believe your device is defective please contact our customer service representatives at (888) 360-9171 or info@MyNuFACE.com for troubleshooting. If it is determined that your device needs repair or replacement, our customer service representatives will provide you with the necessary information regarding the warranty replacement/repair process.

Please allow 7-14 business days for testing and shipment of replacement/repaired device. If your device is received in working condition, it will be shipped back to you as is.
